Terms & Conditions

1.1 Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using the NexSociety platform (the "Platform") — whether as a registered resident, flat owner, security officer, or committee member — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Charter, and any supplemental guidelines issued by your Housing Society's Managing Committee. If you do not agree, you must not access the Platform.

1.2 Eligibility. The Platform is a private, invitation-only system. Access is restricted exclusively to individuals who:

• Are verified residents, flat owners, or occupants registered in the society's official member roster;
• Are security guards, maintenance vendors, or committee members provisioned by an authorised Admin;
• Have received valid login credentials issued by the society's platform administrator.

1.3 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account — including visitor pass generation, maintenance ticket submissions, and payment approvals — is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to your Admin immediately.

1.4 Account Accuracy. You agree to keep your registered flat number, contact email, and phone number current and accurate. Misrepresenting your flat occupancy or identity to gain access to another flat's ledger or visitor records constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to authorities.

1.5 Minor Users. The Platform is not designed for use by persons under 18 years of age without parental or guardian supervision. Accounts may not be created in the name of a minor.
