Privacy Charter

NexSociety is a society management software platform developed and operated by IdentiQ Technologies Private Limited ("IdentiQ", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under Indian laws. This Privacy Charter ("Charter" or "Policy") describes our practices for collecting, processing, storing, and protecting personal data across the NexSociety platform.

NexSociety is a B2B2C platform: We contract directly with Cooperative Housing Societies (our "Society Clients"), who in turn use the platform to serve their residents, flat owners, and staff members ("End Users"). This creates a layered data responsibility structure:

• IdentiQ (Data Processor): We process personal data on behalf of the Society Client under their instructions and within the bounds of this policy.
• Cooperative Housing Society (Data Controller): The managing committee of your housing society is responsible for determining what data is collected, how residents are onboarded, and how long records are kept under their statutory obligations.

By accessing the NexSociety portal, you acknowledge that your personal data is processed in the manner described in this Charter.
